If you don't love your Ambitious Kids order, we want to help! Products may be exchanged or returned within 21 days of receipt (verified by tracking). If your desired item's style or size is not available, we're happy to provide an alternative or store credit. We'll process your return within 5 business days of receiving. Shipping will be paid by the customer unless the item is damaged before or during delivery. Items cannot be returned without contacting the email address below.

Here at Ambitious Kids headquarters, we know you're super pumped to get your kiddos new threads. All orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 36 business hours. We use USPS first class mail which always includes tracking. You'll receive USPS first class tracking via SMS and or email updates when your product has shipped and has been delivered as well.
